We’ll start with a joint-friendly warm-up, then learn 3–5 pole moves and stitch them into a mini routine. After that: lights down, music up, and you get to dance it out in a cozy pole dancing studio vibe.
To wrap up, we’ll stretch and finish with breathwork so you leave grounded, open, and buzzing (in the best way).
Every pole dancing class includes a metaphysical twist, so expect some woo woo to help you play with movement and release emotional energy in the body, think pole fitness class meets somatic reset.
Mobile setup adds extra time for set-up/tear-down and is limited to Salt Lake, Utah, Wasatch, Davis, and Tooele counties.

Your booking reserves a private, just-for-your-crew pole party (perfect for team-building, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and girls night) in a cozy pole dancing studio with music, lights, and six 10' 45mm steel poles. How tickets work • Required: Select 90-Min Private Group Pole Party ($200) to lock in your date and time. This is a non-refundable booking retainer for up to 5 people. • Add more friends: Add $40 per Additional Person (cap 13). Max group size: 18 total. • Want more time? Add $200 per Additional Hour (cap 1). • Want us to come to you? Add $200 Mobile Setup (cap 1).
VENUE INFORMATION
The studio is in the detached garage on the west side of the property. It may not look flashy on the outside, but the inside holds a safe space to express yourself using six 10' 45mm studio steel poles, music, lights and more!

Beginner: Seekers with little to no knowledge or experience.
Activity Level
Moderate
Seekers should be comfortable participating in semi-vigorous activities for extended periods of time. Examples of activities include longer hikes, biking, kayaking, horse or camel rides, snorkeling, and so on.

Full refund up to 7 days before the start time of the Experience or within 24 hours of booking when booked more than 48 hours before the Experience starts.

5 Joy’s class makes you feel the most you you’ve ever felt
I wish I could scream from the top of the mountain and tell everyone in Salt Lake about Joy’s Pole class. Her approach is unique. Mixing intention setting while unlocking both your masculine and feminine energy. Joy is a great instructor. Patient, encouraging and so fun to watch rock that pole. If you’re looking for something new to try or sick of your normal fitness and wellness classes, do this. 100% recommend.

Metaphysical Pole Dance Classes
Enjoy the freedom to explore your own capacity and potential in this unique Pole Dance Choreography class that brings in the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. We will start by warming up all the joints, learning 3-5 pole moves that can be combined into a routine, then we'll turn off the lights and dance it out with what we've learned. To wrap up the class, we'll stretch out the body before finishing up with some breathwork. All my classes include a metaphysical twist, so expect some woo woo stuff to help you play with moving and releasing emotional energy trapped within your body! Bring: An open mind, a water bottle, a pair of tight-fitting shorts/sports bra and baggy layers (sweat pants and socks) to keep up body temperature during warm-up and cool-downs.
