Virtual Chocolate Tasting & Cacao Tour
What is an online chocolate tasting? You might be surprised to find out just how much fun it can be with family and friends! Gather your favorite craft bean-to-bar chocolates, or connect with me beforehand and I'll help you find quality, ethically sourced chocolates to try. Together, we'll go on a journey deep into the world of cacao. Through storytelling and tasting, we'll explore cacao's history, science, health benefits, spirituality, and the process of turning cacao into chocolate. We'll weave together a tapestry that's both beautiful and dark, sweet and bitter, just like chocolate itself. We'll also discover how different origins, fermentation, and roasting styles shape chocolate's flavor, using a tasting map to guide our palates. This experience will change the way you look at cacao and deepen your relationship with the "food of the gods," while discovering what the real value of cacao is all about.
