Highlights
DESCRIPTION
After intros, we'll use the first half hour to discuss our background with smoothies and personal flavour combo favorites. Each guest is welcome to bring any ingredients or toppings they'd like to share with the group (e.g. bee pollen). We'll discuss some of the ingredient combos available for the day.
For the next 45 minutes, we'll work on blending and then decorating our bowls. We'll also touch a bit on presentation and food photography.
The final minutes of class we'll be relaxing while we enjoy our creations as we take in some music and scenery.
Each guest will leave with a new level of wonder for natural and raw ingredients, from fruits and vegetables, to nuts and berries.

Join a 75-minute smoothie and smoothie bowl workshop in Draper, Utah. Standard admission is $39 per person. All listed class times are Mountain Time.
VENUE INFORMATION
Whirled Juice operates out of a home up in Suncrest in Draper, Utah. This is the same kitchen where the Mooon Bread Sourdough Workshop operates. It has incredible mountain views with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Beginner: Seekers with little to no knowledge or experience.
Activity Level
Light
Seekers should be comfortable with low-intensity activities like sitting, standing, or walking throughout the experience. Activities may include easy hikes, walking tours, cooking classes, and so forth.

The more we learned about what Jordan is up to, the more we fell in love with his industrious spirit. From sourdough workshops for his neighbors to an open invitation to join him on his daily morning hike, to finding him at local markets, to his delicious smoothie bowl workshops, to renting out his Yewty the Cutey—a 1983 Toyota BJ46 Land Cruiser LX from Japan. Needless to say, he's a man of many talents and interests, and what makes him even more unique is his passion for personal growth, healthy living, and sharing this knowledge with others. When we experienced his sourdough workshop, we got to meet his equally-talented wife, spend a day in his lovely home with stunning mountain views, and most importantly, connect with a fun group of people while learning how to make our own bread with 3 simple ingredients; key fact for me, I get to eat bread now that skips all the preservatives you find in bread bought from the grocery store. Funny story btw, after our sourdough class with Jordan, a friend mentioned she was questioning what skills she had to get into a community if there ever was an apocalypse, and I realized that I now have a skill that might get me in the gates: I can make delicious homemade bread ? Thanks to Jordan!

You'll catch breathtaking views of the Salt Lake Valley, of Lone Peak, and will likely see a variety of wildlife. Deer and turkeys are the stars, but there are heaps of other creatures, too.
