DESCRIPTION
We begin by warming up with line drawing, shading, and crosshatching, and connecting with our minds and bodies through deep breathing. Gentle chair yoga follows, including side stretching, forward folds, and desk-supported downward dog. After relaxing with coloring, we finish with standing yoga postures and create a line drawing of a plant. Guests will make four drawings, learn six yoga postures, and two breathing techniques, all from the comfort of a desk, kitchen table, office, or even your bed!

Quest for Peace Community Hike & Sound Ceremony - Horsetail Falls
Some afternoons are worth showing up for. Horsetail Falls is one of them. The trail winds through Dry Creek Canyon with forested slopes, flowing water, and the kind of mountain quiet that makes your brain finally chill out.
