DESCRIPTION
We begin by warming up with line drawing, shading, and crosshatching, and connecting with our minds and bodies through deep breathing. Gentle chair yoga follows, including side stretching, forward folds, and desk-supported downward dog. After relaxing with coloring, we finish with standing yoga postures and create a line drawing of a plant. Guests will make four drawings, learn six yoga postures, and two breathing techniques, all from the comfort of a desk, kitchen table, office, or even your bed!
