DESCRIPTION
As a Personal Trainer, I was inspired to create this workshop after significantly reducing my own back pain using the ELDOA exercises.
This workshop will kick off with a brief introduction to ELDOA followed by some breath work to improve the outcome of the postures. Next we will move into learning the main ELDOAS in the workout portion.
Participants will leave the workshop with the tools to decrease their back pain. A handout of the exercises will be delivered post workshop. All you’ll need to participate is a mat and pillow/bolster.

Beginner: Seekers with little to no knowledge or experience.
Activity Level
Light
Seekers should be comfortable with low-intensity activities like sitting, standing, or walking throughout the experience. Activities may include easy hikes, walking tours, cooking classes, and so forth.
