Free and open to all ages, South Salt Lake City's Mural Fest is perfect for the whole family, date nights, friend groups, and all art lovers. Explore the murals by foot or on a bike, enjoy live musical entertainment and buskers, and grab a bite or drink.
Every year the South Salt Lake Arts Council commissions 10 new murals as part of the annual Mural Fest. The resulting open-air mural gallery consists of works of art by local, national, and international muralists.
Celebrate this year's murals with the vibrant SoSaLa community! Explore new foods and drinks at the neighborhood's many restaurants, breweries, and distilleries. South Salt Lake is also home to many art and music venues where you can take a class, catch a concert, or rent studio space.

VENUE INFORMATION
South Salt Lake's Creative Industries Zone is home to the largest collection of street art in Utah. This open-air gallery features new murals across South Salt Lake City's streets and alleyways. Dozens of artists from Utah and across the country have left their mark on the funky and post-industrial buildings in the area. Inside these buildings, you’ll find local innovators, artists, makers and those who celebrate their unique neighborhood. P.S. Free Street Parking

5 ENB ??'s South Salt Lake Arts Council
We first met with Jody from the South Salt Lake Arts Council back in November 2023. Over coffee, we learned about their vision for community impact from murals on local businesses to art classes—something ENB can happily get behind! A few weeks later, we met with Jody and Lesly, the Executive Director of the South Salt Lake Arts Council, and left that meeting absolutely STOKED to support their FREE, annual community events, Mural Fest and Craftoberfest on exploringnotboring.com ?? A couple months later we crashed Lesly's rock-and-roll themed birthday party to capture photos for Charle's Drum Class ? (just one of the many rad locals SSLAC has introduced us to recently)! In short, what a fun, outgoing, down-to-earth group leading this nonprofit. We love their authentic spirit, passion to support creative communities and involve the at-large community in local art, and we value their like-hearted love for art, people, and connectedness.
