Yoga Breathing is for everyone! No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
Beginner: Seekers with little to no knowledge or experience.
Seekers should be comfortable with low-intensity activities like sitting, standing, or walking throughout the experience. Activities may include easy hikes, walking tours, cooking classes, and so forth.
