The final Quest for Peace of 2026 heads up Diamond Fork Canyon, where the trail follows the creek through changing leaves, flowing water, and the kind of mountain quiet that makes your brain finally chill out.
When we reach Fifth Water Hot Springs, we'll gather in circle for a live handpan meditation beside the warm pools. Let the sound move through you. Let the warmth settle in. Let the mountains remind you to be present.
Fall color, warm water, good humans, and a little more peace to carry into winter. No experience needed. No pressure to be anything other than yourself.
This hike is about 4.6 miles round trip with 636 ft of elevation gain, and we'll move at a community pace.
Come as you are. Leave with a little more peace. See you at the springs.

VENUE INFORMATION
Fifth Water Hot Springs is tucked up Diamond Fork Canyon off Spanish Fork Canyon. It's a string of milky blue pools and little waterfalls along the creek, and one of Utah's favorite natural soaks. It's a public spot, so expect other soakers (and a little sulfur smell, which is how you know it's the real deal).

Beginner: Seekers with little to no knowledge or experience.
Activity Level
Moderate
Seekers should be comfortable participating in semi-vigorous activities for extended periods of time. Examples of activities include longer hikes, biking, kayaking, horse or camel rides, snorkeling, and so on.
