Growing up, I wanted to be a music therapist, as I knew how helpful music was for me. Fast forward a few years and I discovered the handpan. This opened the doorway to sound medicine and the science behind it. My ultimate goal as a sound practitioner is to hold a space where all are free and encouraged to express themselves as they are without judgement. In doing so, the more people in tune with their inner light, a brighter world will follow. I have worked wilderness therapy as a field guide, and the biggest takeaway from that experience is how nature invites us to observe ourselves in our natural state. With the ancient wisdom of sound, I plan to ; lead community hikes with an intention set to reflect on in our hike ; at the peak, I open a space for self expression as I perform a sound ceremony ; finish with a circle to share.
A Quest For Peace - Lake Mary
Join us as we gather in the breathtaking beauty of Lake Mary for an afternoon of community, stillness, connection, and renewal. Tucked beneath the towering peaks of Brighton, Lake Mary invites us into a landscape of alpine waters, mountain air, and quiet wonder. As we make our way along the full loop trail together, we'll slow our pace, open our senses, and allow nature to gently guide us back to the present moment. We'll visit all four alpine lakes before gathering at Lake Mary for a handpan sound journey surrounded by nature. Together we'll enjoy: • A guided community hike • Mindfulness and reflection in nature • A handpan sound journey beside Lake Mary • Meaningful connection with good people Trail Details • Approximately 4 miles round trip • Moderate difficulty • About 1,050 ft of elevation gain • Silver Lake, Twin Lake, Lake Mary, and Dog Lake Loop • Protected watershed - no dogs allowed

Quest for Peace Community Hike & Sound Ceremony - Horsetail Falls:
5 ENB ❤️'s Butters!
Kaysie met Butters organically at a Capoeira BBQ in 2026. From there, I attended an ecstatic dance party in the mountains with DJ dust and Butters on the hand pan. It was written in stone at that point. From hot springs to community hikes, we love vibin' out with Butters, savoring every minute we get to spend with him. He's such a genuine, big-hearted dude. His music is magic, his presence is warm, and his energy is contagious. He makes beautiful necklaces out of stone, incredible music on the hand pan (or steel drum), and creates a peaceful healing journey with his sound bowls. Highly recommend attending his events. Tell him we sent ya!
