I found Reiki while looking for ways to deal with severe depression, anxiety and PTSD. It helped me find myself and gave me a renewed sense of passion for helping others. I believe our purpose here on earth is simply just to help each other through life with love and kindness. That is my purpose and I love that I can help others on a path to healing and self love. I offer in home or in studio sessions and host individual and group Sound bath meditations and other events.
