About
I, Sophie Springer, born in Vienna, studied fashion design in Florence and specialized in bags, for which I learned both the craft and the design. Since 2004 I have my own bag collection "Sophie Springer"-www.sophiespringer.com; from design and cutting to manufacturing, everything happens in Florence, where I have lived for more than 30 years. For 15 years I have been teaching in various international fashion schools in this city; I give courses in draping, pattern drawing, sewing and accessories. Due to the Covid crisis, in 2020 I started to teach online courses which is a highly interesting experience and challenge.
