Sara is a talented, fun, witty, caring, energizing personality. She’s a dancer, an artist, a writer, a poet, a Capoeirista, a teacher, and on and on. The more you get to know her, the more talents you'll uncover. When it comes to Salt Lake Samba, she’s the kind of teacher who challenges you to be better while making you feel completely safe doing it. She breaks everything down in a way that actually makes sense, models every move, and is endlessly patient. There's zero pressure in her class. What surprised me most was how quickly things clicked. After just one class, I felt my mind-body connection shift in a way I honestly didn't expect. The class is super welcoming, all levels, men and women, total beginners to people who can flat out samba. It's casual and fun but also inspiring. You can take it as far as you want to go. So, if you've been wanting to feel rhythm you didn't know you had, take a class with Sara. You won't regret it 💃🔥
